Apple TV+’s Hit Series Wouldn’t Work Without Vince Vaughn
Bad Monkey has become one of the most popular series streaming right now, and that has a lot to do with Vince Vaughn and his portrayal of the lead.
Based on the novel byCarl Hiaasen, Vaughn plays Andrew Yancy – a disgraced cop who becomes a health inspector after being tossed off the Miami Police Department. But after stumbling into a case involving a mysterious severed arm, Yancy sees cracking the murder as his one-way ticket back to the police force. The first season has all the measured quippy coolness that is just Vaughn’s speed and mixes the comedy, action, and crime drama he’s worked in throughout his career.
