The celebration of the classic sitcom screened some of the most popular episodes. Playing Rose onThe Golden Girlsis, of course, one of White’s most popular roles. Decades later, the comedy series remains one of the most popular sitcoms of all time, though White is sadly the last surviving member of the show.
“I can’t believe I’m the only one left because I [was] the oldest!” White previously told OK Magazine. “It was so exciting to be with four people with that chemistry - I’ll never forget that first read. It was like we had been working together forever! I still get goosebumps thinking about it.”
Happy early 100th birthday to Betty White. On her last birthday, White celebrated turning 99 byspending time with her animal companions, and we presume she’ll be doing the same in January.
