The series, which sees Charlie Cox return to the titular role and fully join the MCU, has been full of shocks and surprises so far – not least thedeath of long-time characterand Matt Murdock’s best friend, Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson). But is everything really as it seems? Perhaps not, as the official Daredevil Instagram account has now posted a panel from a certain comic book run that seemingly reveals the reports of Foggy’s death have been greatly exaggerated…
Much likeDaredevil: Born Againbefore it, Foggy was shockingly killed in the pages of Marvel Comics’ “Daredevil” #82 back in 2006. However, despite his wound seeming fatal, it was later revealed in the comic run “The Secret Life of Foggy Nelson” that theplucky lawyer had instead faked his deathand been taken into witness protection. A page from this story has now been shared on social media by the official Daredevil account, leadingBorn Againfans to wonder whether this means Foggy is, in fact, alive and well despite being shot by Bullseye in the first episode.

Will Karen Page Join Foggy in Witness Protection?
In “The Secret Life of Foggy Nelson,” it’s revealed that Foggy was taken into witness protection after being targeted by Daredevil’s enemies. While Karen is still alive inDaredevil: Born Again, things aren’t getting any safer for the people close to Matt Murdock. A recent image from behind the scenes ofDaredevil: Born AgainSeason 2 showsDeborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page sporting red hairrather than her usual blonde. Could she also be taken into the same witness protection as Foggy? And is this when we’ll find out that, despite suffering a bullet from Bullseye, Foggy Nelson is alive and well? We’ll have to wait and see, but the evidence is certainly stacking up.
