For many years, films and TV shows that centered on music were big business, and that seems to be the case again as Fox has put13 Songsinto development with the creative and musical help ofFleetwood Maclegend Mick Fleetwood. While the show will be a drama series, it is clearly going to heavily feature a lot of music, and while it may not be an all singing, all dancing show of theGleevariety, it certainly shows that Fox is doubling down on this kind of content, with other similar shows already set up at the network.

As an artist who could once write songs that hit straight in the heart of the American public, fading from the limelight and losing that connection is something that is hard for Jones to take. After being diagnosed with terminal cancer decades later, Jones makes the decision to get the band back together one last time to write 13 songs that will be a love letter to his fans and will leave a lasting mark on the world.
