That’s right, just a mere few days after Netflix debuted all 13 episodes ofFuller House, the streaming service has renewed the hit sitcom forSeason 2. Though no further details are available at this time, the announcement came with a fun new video.
Netflix announcedFuller House Season 2on the show’s officialTwitter page. And it looks like the three main leads will reunite a second time for another go-round of family fun and misadventures. There’s no telling what kind of cameos these latest exploits will deliver, but we’re sure to see the rest of the family return as well. With maybe the exception of one particular missing sister.

While the youngest Tanner was nowhere to be seen in the first run of episodes, there were plenty of mentions of her.Ashley Olsen’s reason for missing out was that she hadn’t acted in the past 12 years, last appearing in the Olsen Twins' first and only big screen adventure New York Minute. This left it all on Mary-Kate’s shoulders. She ditched the reunion because the timing was bad.
That didn’t stop the rest of the Tanners from showing up! OriginalFull HousestarJohn Stamosreturned as a producer and reprised his original role of Uncle Jesse as a guest star in the new show.Bob Saget(Danny Tanner),Dave Coulier(Joey Gladstone),Lori Loughlin(Becky Katsopolis) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale) all guest starred on the show as well, appearing throughout the 13 new episodes. The original series ran for eight seasons spanning nearly 200 episodes, will Fuller House do the same? If fans keep responding the way they have, that sounds like a definite.
