Hugh Jackmancalled out hisDeadpool & Wolverinecostar and best-buddyRyan Reynoldsduring his show at Radio City Music Hall, New York, where he is currently performing his stage show,From New York, With Love. While there is no bad feeling between the pair of friends, Jackman revealed his one big issue with being left out of one particular scene of Marvel’s 2024 box office juggernaut.
Jackman returned to his role as Wolverine seven years after believing he hadplayed him for the last time inLoganback in 2017. The film did exactly what it needed to in providing an unapologetic, brutal, fan-serving, loud, brash, violent feast of a movie that took off on its debut and refused to die – just like its two titular characters.

Ryan Reynolds Explains Where Deadpool Can Fit in MCU’s Avengers and X-Men Plans
Ryan Reynolds knows how Deadpool works best, and that could mean some big team-ups on the horizon.
Even though Jackman appeared the vast majority of scenes in the movie, one scene that he was not involved in was the one that included a dance number – something that irked him enough to rectify things during his show. As per theDaily Mail, Jackman said during his show:

“Don’t tell Ryan… I don’t need to be in every scene in the movie. But Ryan is a writer. And when I see the script, I see that the scene that I’m not in is the opening sequence which is a dance number to an NSYNC song by Ryan. I’m like, the one scene I’m not in has dance. Now Ryan, he’s very talented, but dancing?”
Jackman then enlisted trainer and former dancer Beth Lewis to perform “the dance that got away,” and broke into a rendition of NSYNC’s hit “Bye Bye Bye”, proving that perhaps the film should have had a duo performance after all.

Will Hugh Jackman Return as Wolverine?
Deadpool & Wolverineleft Jackman’s Wolverine story in an open and interesting place. While “Logan” is still dead, the new version of Wolverine pulled into Deadpool’s world is very much alive. However, Deadpool is currently not “in” the MCU in the technical sense, so there is still a question over whether either character will feature in the upcoming Avengers movies that will close the Multiverse Saga.
Neither Reynolds nor Jackman’s names were featured on any ofthe chairs that appeared in the cast announcement videoforAvengers: Doomsday, but Marvel boss Kevin Feige has already made it clear that the video did not tell the whole story about who will appear in the movie. There is little doubt that Jackman will be back on-screen as Wolverine sometime in the near future. Remember, he is doing this until he is 90.

For now, fans can relive all of Jackman’s previous appearances as Wolverine on Disney+, where theX-Menmovies are available alongsideX-Men Origins: Wolverine, The Wolverine, andDeadpool & Wolverine. How much more Wolverine could you want for your money?
