Jurassic World Dominionis looking to bring the dinosaur franchise to a conclusion, for now, in a spectacular fashion this summer as it brings the prehistoric beasts of the past crashing into the real world like never before. Now directorColin Trevorrowhas shared a new image showing a map of the United States that shows exactly where the dinosaurs have ended up following the conclusion ofJurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Taking place four years on from the end of the last movie, it is clear to see that life has indeed found a way, and it is one that hasn’t particularly worked well for the human race.

Jurassic World Dominionis set to bring the past and present together in more ways than one when the delayed sequel is finally unleashed in June. Having seen a working version of John Hammond’s dream come crashing down inJurassic World, and the destruction of Isla Nublar inJurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, this year’s third movie will see dinosaurs and people cohabiting in the world, and from the trailers it is clear to see that this is not a harmonious co-existence. Also featuring the return oforiginalJurassic Parkcast members Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum, the film promises to be the end of an era, and potentially the start of a new one.

Jurassic World 2 Is Bringing Back B.D. Wong as Dr. Henry Wu

DirectorColin Trevorrow has now shared a mapof the U.S. detailing the migration of all types of dinosaurs across the country. The “North American Dinosaur Sightings” map gives a clear indication that this has become a true Jurassic World, with a large number of dinosaurs remaining on the West Coast, while others have spread as far as Illinois and even Alaska, where the water-based Mosasaurus seems to have found a home. Although the movie will take in other countries, this is a good look at just how big the dinosaur problem has become.

InGen’s Rival Company Will Play A Big Part In Jurassic World Dominion

While the map gives a look at many of the dinosaurs that could be featuring in the movie, there are some absences from the list that are most notable as they have already been seen in the trailer, such asthe Gigaand the return of the Dilophosaurus after being left out of the sequels. These dinosaurs will likely come into play as part of the storyline that involves InGen’s long-term rivals BioSyn, the company who attempted to steal embryos via Dennis Nedry inJurassic Parkand have clearly enlisted the services of Henry Wu. It is likely that these missing dinosaurs will appear at the BioSyn lab that will be seen in movie.

While the main plot of the film is being kept under wraps, there has been plenty of footage shown in various trailers to suggest thatJurassic World: Dominionis going big. “Why do they always have to be bigger?” asks Goldblum’s Ian Malcolm at one point. Well, having spent so much time on an island, this time theJurassic Worldfranchise has finally been unshackled andDominionis promising to be the one of the biggest movies of the year when it releases on June 10.
