ABC’sOnce Upon a Timehas never strayed from casting Disney characters throughout its five-season run.TV Lineis reporting that the show has brought on actors Jonathan Whitesell andKacey Rohlto portray iconic Disney characters Hercules and Megara inSeason 5. The site reports that both actors are currently set to appear in the 13th episode entitledLabor of Love. It isn’t known if there are plans for both actors to appear in more episodes ofOnce Upon a Timeor not.

Jonathan Whitesell’s Hercules is described as “a dashing, strapping young man” who is determined to fulfill his destiny, to be the greatest hero who ever lived. His plans change indefinitely when he falls in love with a beautiful princess, although the princess' identity was not yet revealed. Megara is described as a plucky young adventurer with a sly sense of humor and a tough, no-nonsense spirit. She has spent several years trapped in a dungeon, but that has not dampered her spirits, as she waits for the right opportunity to shine once again.

The site also reports thatBailee Madisonwill reprise her role as Young Snow White in the same episode asHercluesand Megara.Bailee Madisonlast appeared as Snow White in October 2013, around the same time her ABC series Trophy Wife debuted, although that show only lasted one season. The actress has also recently starred on The Fosters and Mulaney.

Both Hercules and Meg are based in Greek mythology, but these characters will be inspired by Disney’sHercules, ananimated moviethat debuted in 1997.Tate Donovanvoiced the title character, while Susan Egan voiced Meg in that movie. Of course, it isn’t known how they will come across the mythical town of Storybrooke inOnce Upon a Timequite yet, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as more details are revealed.
