On Monday, the official Twitter account for the upcomingJames BondadventureSpectrerevealed that production has resumed following a brief holiday hiatus, by posting a photo from the set that showcased a snowy environment. We had speculated that this photo was taken from Lake Altaussee in Austria, one of the previously-confirmed locations thatSpectreis filming in. Now we have five new photos with cast membersDaniel Craig(James Bond),Dave Bautista(Hinx) andLéa Seydoux(Madeleine Swann), which confirm that shooting is taking place at the Austrian ski resort Solden.

Theofficial websitefor Solden confirms that filming will take place between January 7 and January 13, with the production returning to the resort from February 9 through February 17. The production will utilize a cable car, restaurant, a glacier road and tunnel during the Solden portion ofSpectre’s shoot. Naturally, no story details were uncovered as to why this snowy location is being use. The plot centers on Bond receiving a cryptic message from his past that leads him on a quest to reveal the sinister truth behind theSpectreorganization. The production will also shoot at Pinewood Studios in London, and on location in Rome, Mexico City, Morocco and other Austrian locations such as Obertilliach and Lake Altaussee.
