Alisha Boeplays Conchita Clossesn inThe Buccaneers. Conchita is a dashing American socialite and close friend of Nan who incites the plot by hastily marrying Lord Richard Marable. Afterward, Conchita encourages the St. George family to emigrate from America to London during Debutante time to find ideal spouses. Conchita and Richard also became pregnant before getting hitched, which may affect their marriage moving forward.
Boe is a talented Norwegian-American actor with a diverse resume. After appearing inParanormal Activity 4to begin her career, Boe played recurring characters in such popular TV shows asRay DonovanandTeen Wolf. However, most fans will recall seeing Boe as Jessica Davis in Netflix’s hit drama,13 Reasons Why, a character she portrayed for 49 episodes across four seasons.

8Matthew Broome is Guy Thwarte
Matthew Broomeportrays Guy Thwarte in the Apple TV+ original. Guy is a charming English gentleman who becomes instantly attracted to Nan when they meet at a party. Reeling over the recent death of his mother, Guy has been summoned by his father to look after his family’s London estate. Guy is also best friends with Theo, the Duke of Tintagel, a village in Cornwall, England.
As surprising as it may be,The Buccaneersmarks the screen debut of Matthew Broome. As a 2022 graduate of Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Broome has experience acting in such stage productions asTwelfth Night,Oedipus,A View From the Bridge, Three Sisters, and more. As such, there’s no real surprise how natural and comfortable Broome appears inThe Buccaneers.

7Josh Dylan is Lord Richard Marable
Josh Dylanportrays Lord Richard Marable, a.k.a. Dick. Lord Richard is an English nobleman who hails from a royal lineage. When the series begins, Dick is reluctant to marry American debutante Conchitta but later admits that he cannot exist without her. When Conchitta becomes pregnant with Lord Richard’s child, the two quickly agree to get married and uphold British traditions.
Dylan is a relative newcomer who has made his presence felt in just a handful of movies and TV shows. After making his screen debut inRobert Zemeckis' romantic war drama,Allied, Dylan went on to play Young Bill inMama Mia 2. As for his TV credits, Dylan is best known for portraying recurring characters in the Netflix original comedy series,The End of the F***ing Worldand BBC’s historical drama,Noughts + Crosses.

6Guy Remmers is Theo
Guy Remmersplays Theo, Duke of Tintagel. Theo is a dashing English royal with a painterly artistic side. As such, Theo meets Nan while painting a picture on the shore as she frolics in the sea. Vying for Nan’s affection with Guy, Theo proposes marriage to Nan in hopes that she will love him for who he is, rather than for his standing he’s a Duke. Much of the drama in Season 1 consists of the flirtatious love triangle between Nan, Theo, and Guy.

Remmers made his small-screen debut in The Buccaneers along with his co-star Matthew Broome. The only other credit to Remmers' name thus far in his young career is the 2020 short film,Lessons. Despite his lack of experience, Remmers does a good job bringing the smoldering, tight-lipped, and introverted Duke with an artistic side to life in the popular period drama.
5Josie Totah is Mabel Elmsworth
Josie Totahdepicts Mabel Elmsworth inThe Buccaneers. Mabel is the young sister of Lizzy Elmsworth who, much like Nan, isn’t in a hurry to get betrothed. Even so, Mabel is forced to spend time with the elderly women in London, who use their experience to help Mabel find a suitable partner. Despite their efforts, Mabel strikes up a romance with a woman named Honoria Marable.
Totah is an actress with far more experience than many of herBuccaneersco-stars. She’s best known for playing Seymour inSpider-Man: Homecoming, Lexi Haddad-DiFabrizio in theSaved by the Bellreboot, CJ in the Netflix original movieMoxie, and Myron Muskowitz inthe hit musical dramedy series,Glee. AfterThe Buccaneerscompletes its first season, Totah will appear next in the upcoming horror movie,Faces of Death.
4Aubri Ibrag is Lizzy Elmsworth
Aubri Ibragportrays Lizzy Elmsworth in the Apple TV+ period drama. Lizzy is the eldest Elmsworth daughter and the older sister of Mabel. Along with Nan and Jinny St. George, Lizzy arrives in London from America and enters the debutante society in search of a romantic match. She meets Lord James Seadown, who must choose between Lizzy and Nan’s sister, Jinny.
Ibrag is a fresh actor on the scene with only one credit beforeThe Buccaneers, which includes the Australian Netflix teen seriesThe Dive Club, another female-driven coming-of-age tale about a young group of aquatic divers searching for a missing friend off the coast of Cape Mercy. Mia Threapletonplays Honoria Marable in the show. Honoria hails from England and is the younger sister of Lord Richard Marable. Waterhouse is a superb English actor whose movie credits include Tom Ford’svastly underrated psychological thriller,Nocturnal Animals, and Danny Huston’s family drama,The Last Photograph. Fans are likely to recall Waterhouse’s TV work, which includes Netflix’s Sci-Fi period drama,The Irregulars, Stan Lee’sLucky Man, and CW’s medieval fantasy series,The Outpost, the latter series of which she has also directed.
1Christina Hendricks is Patricia “Patti” St. George
Christina Hendricksplays Patricia “Patti” St. George inThe Buccaneers. Patti is the elegant American mother of Nan and Jinny who couldn’t have been more thrilled about the prospect of her daughters marrying well-connected British royals. When Patti’s American daughters return to New York following successful courtships, the proud matriarch throws a sumptuous gala to celebrate.
Likely the most recognizable cast member, Hendricks brings a wealth of acting experience to the period drama. While perhaps best known for her breakout role as Joan Harris on AMC’s hit period drama,Mad Men, the talented American actor has starred in everything from Nicolas Winding Refn’sDriveandThe Neon DemontoBad Santa 2to Netflix’s popular crime comedyGood Girls.
