Would The Notebook Have Changed Britney Spears' Career?

Britney Spears was already a star at the time the film was released, so not much would have changed in Britney’s life as a celebrity. However, a role so different from the previous ones she had played, in a film that became a classic of the romantic genre, would have changed the perspective that the world had about her as an actress. However, as the singer reveals in her book, she’s gladshe didn’t star in the movie.

For both Gosling and McAdams,The Notebookmarked a before and after in their careers. Especially for the actress, since that same year she also starred inMean Girls, two titles that would turn her into one of the most popular stars of the time.

The Notebookcenters on Noah and Allie’s love story through the years. They both belong to very different worlds, and their social differences seem to be a big impediment to them being together during their youth. However, when they meet again years later, their feelings are still alive, and nothing can prevent fate from uniting them.
