Introduced as a senior at Hawkins High School, Eddie was the leader of the Hellfire Club and later became Dustin Henderson’s best friend. Apparently,Camazotz is also the name of a planet in “A Wrinkle in Time,” where everyone is under the mind control of an evil entity similar to theMind Flayer inStranger Things.
The Reluctance of Stranger Things to Kill Off Its Main Characters
Stranger Thingshas been on air for eight years, and the show has been reluctant to let go of some characters. Certainly, the series had some significant character deaths, like Billy, Barb, and Eddie, but we have seen time and again thatthe main group of characters, including Dustin, Steve, Eleven, Mike, Lucas, Will, and others, have largely remained safe despite being constantly in danger.
