The trailer forNatty Knocks, which Dwight H. Little directed, has been released. The film tells the tale of “A small-town babysitter and the kids she is looking after struggle to survive a serial killer named Abner Honeywell.” Starring in the film arethree horror legends. Bill Moseley, Danielle Harris, and Robert Englund.

In the past, Little worked with Harris onHalloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, where the actor had her breakout role as Jaime Lloyd. Little also worked with Englund on a more horror-centric adaptation ofThe Phantom of the Opera, released in 1989, and an episode ofFreddy’s Nightmares. The latter was hosted byFreddy Kruger, Englund’s most famous role.

Natty Knocksalso isn’t the first time that Harris worked on the same movie along with her costars. She and Englund worked on the firstUrban Legendsmovie as Tosh Guaneri, the main character’s goth roommate, and Professor William Wexler, who teaches urban legends, respectively. Harris and Mosely worked onBlood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchetas Alissa, a high schooler, and Graveyard Gus, a character in the same vein as Crazy Ralph (Walt Gorney) fromFriday the 13th.

The trailer for the film was provided to us byBloody Disgustingand offers further insight into the film, such as where the title comes from. We hear a nursery rhyme that goes like this:

“She sleeps with the worms under the ground

We sat outside, didn’t make a sound

Natty knocks nine times

Don’t answer your door,

close all your blinds

Hide under your bed

Or she’ll take off your head.”

Natty Knocks is a Classic Horror Story

Benjamin Olson wrote the screenplay for Natty Knocks. Other members of the cast are Charlotte Fountain-Jardim (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Thomas Robie (Insidious: The Last Key), Noen Perez (Grace and Frankie), and Jason James Richter (Free Willy). As reported inVariety, the film’s executive producers are Amit Sarin and Vineesha Arora Sarin, while the producers are Jason Richer and Sandy Little.
