Tulsa King, created by Taylor Sheridan,is a crime dramaseries that follows Mafia capo Dwight Manfredi also known as “The General.” The series stars Sylvester Stallone as Dwight Manfredi, who spent 25 years in prison, and ends up being exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma following his release, despite honoring the code of silence by staying quiet to protect Mafia Boss Pete Invernizzi (A.C. Peterson) known as “The Rock” and his son, Charles Invernizzi (Domenick Lombardozzi) who goes by “Chickie.”
Dwight builds a new criminal empire in Tulsa with a group of unlikely characters after realizing that his mob family might not have his best interests in mind. All nine episodes of Season 1 of Tulsa King can be watched on Paramount+, but we’ve prepared the list to tell you which ones are the best of the bunch.

9Center of the Universe (Episode 2)
Vince (Vincent Piazza) expresses his anger to Chickie for not doing anything to Dwight for his actions against him. Chickie calls Dwight and lets him know that to resolve the dispute, he must pay Vince $100,000. Meanwhile, Stacy (Andrea Savage) visits Dwight and comes clean about her identity. Later, Dwight, Tyson (Jay Will), and Bohdi (Martin Starr) go to a marijuana farm and Dwight creates a business deal with the owner.
Dwight walks around Tulsa and stumbles upon something called “the center of the universe.” A homeless woman informs Dwight that when someone stands inside the circle, people on the outside of the circle cannot hear anything. Later Dwight is feeling heartbroken after his call with his daughter and goes back to “the center of the universe.” While he is there, he confesses that he had Tina (Tatiana Zappardino) not visit him in prison because it was too hard on him to see her.

8Go West, Old Man (Episode 1)
Mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi (Sylvester Stallone)is released from prisonafter spending 25 years behind bars and is taken to a house in Long Island. Dwight is blindsided by the news that his mob family has nothing left for him in New York and that they are sending him to Tulsa Oklahoma to set up a new territory organization there. Before leaving New York, a fight breaks out between Dwight and Vince.

After realizing that his mob family might not have his best interests in mind, Dwight forms new relationships with unlikely characters to help him establish a new criminal empire. Once in Tulsa, Dwight befriends a cab driver, Tyson, and offers Tyson a job as his personal driver. The two head to a local marijuana shop and Dwight decides to inspect the books of the establishment that is owned by Bohdi. Dwight offers Bohdi protection of his business from other gangs and the police in exchange for 20% of the profits.
7Caprice (Episode 3)
Dwight sits outside a local Café in Tulsa and watches a wandering white horse named “Old Pilot.” The waitress tells him that “Old Pilot” has been around forever and lives nearby. After Tyson picks up Dwight, Tyson asks Dwight where he sees Tyson in five years. Dwight sees potential in Tyson but doesn’t want to put him in harm’s way and instead offers Tyson an envelope of cash, telling Tyson it is his severance.
Later, Dwight takes his driver’s test to get his license renewed. During his test, Dwight and Paul (Mike Iveson), the driving instructor, are involved in a shootout. Dwight is questioned by the cops and asked who would be wanting to kill him. Stacy arrives at the police station and helps get Dwight released and the two sleep together again.

6Visitation Place (Episode 4)
Dwight waits for Armand’s family to leave and confronts Armand about why he is trying to kill Dwight. Armand and Dwight learn about their history together. Later, Dwight calls his sister Joanne (Annabella Sciorra) and learns that his brother Joe (Lou Mastantuono) has lymphoma.
The biker gang that Stacy and the ATF have been watching, think they have a monopoly on the nitrous oxide sales, and end up becoming furious that Dwight’s crew is encroaching on their business. The next night of the festival,the biker gangconfronts Bodhi, Tyson, and the rest of the crew, beating them up. They inform Dwight of what has happened and Dwight decides it’s time to take matters into their own hands, using baseball bats.

5Stable (Episode 6)
Dwight visits Tina before leaving New York and informs her of what happened with Nico “The Package” (John Cenatiempo). Tina fears for her family’s safety after what Dwight did. Dwight ensures Tina that she will be fine and that he knows how Pete thinks, informing Tina that they will come for him instead. However, after Dwight goes back to Tulsa, Tina worries that her family might not be out of danger after she receives a call and the person hangs up without saying anything. After parking the car, Tina’s husband Emory (Loren Dunn) is attacked.
In Tulsa, a Barista, Spencer (Scarlet Rose Stallone) tells Dwight that “Old Pilot” is going to be put to sleep. Dwight buys the horse and offers Spencer a job. Later, Roxy (Emily Davis), who works with Armand at the Fennario Ranch, is an informant for the ATF. Roxy tells the ATF, including Stacy, that Dwight is “the real deal.” Meanwhile, Bodhi finally resurfaces telling Dwight that he was raided and integrated by the feds. At the Bred2Buck bar, Dwight asks Mitch (Garrett Hedlund) if he wants a partner for his bar. Mitch agrees after a shootout happens and a death occurs.

4Adobe Walls (Episode 8)
With the increasing threat of the Black Macadam Motorcycle Gang and Dwight’s problems with his mob family in New York, Dwight and Mitch train their crew how to shoot. In New York during Pete’s funeral, Chickie tells his mob family that he wants “The General” gone. Later, Chickie calls Dwight trying to assure Dwight that he wants to move past all of their fighting and arguing.
In Tulsa, Stacy confronts Waltrip (Ritchie Coster), furious about Roxy. The ATF and the FBI have a meeting and the Black Macadam gets raided. Stacy learns about Margaret (Dana Delany), which shocks her, but she still tries to take the attention off of Dwight. At the Fennario Ranch, Margaret invitesDwight to stay for lunchand Dwight meets Margaret’s ex-husband, Brian (Alan Autry). Later, Armand’s wife gives him an ultimatum and Waltrip comes after Stacy and Dwight, resulting in Stacy being shot.
3Warr Acres (Episode 7)
Waltrip is angry that Carson Pike (Robert Walker Branchaud) isn’t answering his phone but realizes why when a box with his bloody, bullet-riddled jacket is sent over to the Black Macadam headquarters. Roxy is distraught, and she calls Stacy to tell her what happened. Stacy informs Roxy that she needs to hold up her end of the bargain by bringing something incriminating on Waltrip, for the ATF to keep her out of jail. Roxy sneaks into Waltrip’s office but unfortunately, Waltrip walks in and catches her in the act.

Goodie (Chris Caldovino) arrives in Tulsa and learns that Armand works for Dwight. Meanwhile, in New York, Tina asks Emory if he will move to Tulsa, and Pete (A.C. Peterson) is upset when he hears that Dwight gave away a ring that he had given to Dwight as a gift. Chickie also makes a decision that he can’t turn back from afterspeaking with a pastor.
2Happy Trails (Episode 9)
The season finale opens with a flashback from 1997 that shows Chickie, Vince, and Armand torturing a man named Ripple (David Deblinger). Dwight arrives and shows mercy on Ripple, giving him a quick death. In the present time, Dwight visits Stacy, who survived the gunshot wound, and informs Dwight that she is going to lose her job.
Chickie, Vince, and Goodie arrive in Tulsa and are surprised by Dwight’s crew. Dwight tells them to leave Tulsa and tells Goodie to pick a side, Goodie chooses wisely. Meanwhile, Bodhi steals all of Waltrip’s money and Stacy receives $1 million in her bank account. Another shootout happens but this time Dwight and his crew are ready.
Three months later at the Fennario Ranch, Dwight and Tina are reconnecting as her kids ride “Old Pilot.” Margaret meets Tina and tells Dwight it’s been a while since she has seen him. As the season finale ends, Dwight gives a heartfelt speech to his crew at the Bred2Buck Bar and Casino. Afterward, Stacy asks for Dwight to come outside, and Dwight is arrested for the attempted bribery of a federal agent.
1Token Joe (Episode 5)
In Tulsa, Bodhi is taken by the Black MacAdam and questioned about Dwight. Bodhi is delivered back to Mitch at the Bred2Buck Bar. The Tulsa police start to give Mitch a hard time who tells them that they should get their bodies filled with “cottage cheese” off his property informing them that his bar is on protected indigenous land that is owned by the Cherokee.
Dwight arrives in New York City for his brother’s memorial and is welcomed by his sister, Joanne. While in town, Dwight learns that Nico sexually assaulted his daughter and that Pete did not protect his family as he promised to. Dwight is consumed by anger from what had happened to Tina that he confronts Nico. Unleashing his rage on Nico, Dwightchokes Nico with an electrical cord, looks up at Chickie and Vince, and stomps on Nico’s head.
